Vacuum table

Here James is lining up some films for new ribbons on the vacuum unit. Then he’ll lay the silkscreen carefully on top of the films, close the lid of the unit and engage the vacuum function to hold the films firmly in place while the UV exposure unit does it’s thing.
From start to finish, we keep all our processes right here in our shed in Springwood which is why we have full custom capabilities as well as short leadtimes 
